There are many different avenues to take when starting a new research project. At PowerHub, with a small design team of 2 and a company-wide focus towards building new features, we’ve never invested time and resources into user research until now. Our software has finally arrived at a sweet spot where we have a steady relationship with the clients and a product that meets all of their technical needs.
